Speakers’ Corner
Present your poster at the Speakers’ Corner, located in the poster and exhibition area, during coffee and lunch breaks. Two monitors will be available for this purpose. Please send us, or bring with you, an electronic version of your poster in PDF format. You will have up to 3 minutes to pitch your poster.
Students competing for the Best Student Poster Award are required to present their posters at the Speakers’ Corner during General Poster Session on Thursday, September 18, 2025 from 8:30 to 9:30.
Travel Information
Transportation
The Nikola Tesla Airport, Belgrade (beg.aero) is located approximately 18 km west of the city center and around 15 km from the conference venue, the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The venue and associated hotels can be reached by public bus line 72 or by taxi.
Bus Line 72
- Venue – Crowne Plaza Hotel: Stop “Šest kaplara”
- Falkensteiner Hotel: Stop “GO Novi Beograd”or the next stop “Blok 30”
- IN Hotel: Stop “Fontana”, then transfer to bus line 18 and exit at the stop “Beogradska arena”
- Art Hotel: Final stop “Zeleni venac”
- Hotel Putnik Inn: Stop “GO Novi Beograd”, then cross the street to the stop “Arhiv”and take bus 16 or 83; exit at the stop “Bulevar Maršala Tolbuhina” (one stop)
Note: Public transportation in Belgrade is free of charge.
Taxi
A taxi ride to the venue takes approximately 20 minutes, and around 30 minutes to the city
center. The approximate fare is 3,500 RSD (≈30 EUR).
To ensure you pay the standard fare, it is recommended to:
- Obtain a fixed-price voucher from the e-counter (Zone 2) at the airport
- Or request a taxi through the Tourist Information Center at the airport
You can also use the CarGo application (similar to Uber, which is not available in Serbia),
available for download from Google Play or the App Store.
Currency
The official currency in Serbia is the Serbian dinar (RSD).
The approximate exchange rate is:
- 1 EUR = 118 RSD
- 1 USD = 102 RSD
