Payment
Online payment (credit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD) will be available immediately after your registration.
If you prefer not to use online payment, immediately after your online registration you will receive a written confirmation with the account details for wire transfer.
Free cancellation of participants is possible until July 15, 2025. In the case of timely withdrawal (until July 15, 2025), the full registration fee will be refunded. After this date, the full ammount will be charged
The registration will become active once payment is received.
Invitation Letter
Invitation letter (e. g. for visa application) can only be sent after your payment has been received.
